Dear Gent,

With reference to my letter No.M.02510/35

of the 30th July, I enclose herewith a final record

of the conference held here on the 24th July to

discuss anti-piracy measures. The only amendments

of any magnitude suggested by Departments are at the

beginning of paragraph 2 and of the second sub-

paragraph of paragraph 4.

I regret the long delay in circulating the

final record, but the intervening pressure of other

more urgent work made this inevitable.
